Strawberry Bread

Today I wanted to use the some of the huge bowl strawberries that were left over from dinner last night. (Which was waffles.) So I searched for a cake recipe or something that would use some strawberries. I found a recipe for Strawberry Bread. So I made a loaf.

Sort of a blurry picture. But it still looks delicious. :)

The batter smelled so yummy so it was no wonder that the bread smells yummy. I had a couple of slices after I let the bread cool a tiny bit. It is so good. It moist and the strawberry pieces are yummy. It would be really yummy toasted and with cream cheese like the author suggests. Maybe I'll try that tomorrow for breakfast.
